Hi, I’m Emil Johnson. My journey as a student-athlete has taught me the value of dedication, teamwork, and perseverance — lessons I carry into every academic and professional challenge. I’m passionate about management and marketing, and I thrive when solving problems, collaborating with others, and turning ideas into meaningful results. Outside the classroom and on the field, I’m constantly looking for ways to grow, learn, and make a positive impact in the environments I’m part of

Putting Skills Into Action
During my time coaching a youth lacrosse team, I faced a challenge when several players were struggling with teamwork and communication. I took the initiative to create small group drills and team-building exercises, fostering collaboration and boosting confidence. By the end of the season, the team’s performance improved significantly, and both parents and players praised the positive change. This experience strengthened my leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills — qualities I carry into every professional and academic setting.
